NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Watching the Bengals write big checks to retain high-class weaponry made me think, again, about the Titans’ draft failures in recent years.

It’s not just Cincinnati that’s re-signing its players these days to fortify its roster.

And these options just don’t exist for the Titans.
