NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Titans picked an awful year to fully bottom out. They “earned” the first overall pick in a draft class that contains very few blue-chip players and doesn’t have an elite quarterback prospect. But considering Will Levis’ performance and the lack of free agent options, there’s still a decent chance they end up selecting a quarterback with the first pick, despite the lack of value relative to most years.
