NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In Brian Daboll, Robert Saleh brings the Titans the franchise’s most experienced offensive coordinator.

That’s a massive pivot from Brian Callahan, the team’s previous coach who was a first-time play-caller when he took over in 2024, and from quarterback coach Bo Hardegree, who took over for him early in 2025 with minimal experience. Offensive coordinator Nick Holz had no NFL play-calling experience and didn’t get a chance.

Daboll has also worked for the best NFL coach in history, Bill Belichick, and the best coach in college football history, Nick Saban. Time under Sean McDermott also looks good on his resume.
