NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In this week’s podcast, I argued that while the current Titans regime has done great work in revamping the Titans roster, the fingerprints of Jon Robinson’s mistakes will be on the team through 2025.

His 2022 draft class should have at least a few players impacting the team for the duration of their rookie deals, and the failure of that draft and the drafts before to produce second-contract players – only Jeffery Simmons and Harold Landry have re-signed – will continue to have a bearing on who the Titan are, and are not.

That’s not to say Chad Brinker, Ran Carthon and Brian Callahan cannot bring the team back to life in short order. It happens around the league under new teams with big rebuilds with surprising frequency.
