NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Sunday at Titans training camp practice, I honed in on Treylon Burks.
Here’s what I saw.
During the stretch/ warmup period, he was next to Will Levis, a spot he frequently occupies. The front of his light blue practice jersey was rolled under his pads, exposing his flat stomach, but the back of it hung down revealing his 16. He hopped on one leg and then the other, bouncing forward and back, and then side to side. He did stop-and-start runs.
As Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd went to do light, early work with Tyke Tolbert, Burks stayed with special teams. He was with a large group of players taking turns fielding punts, who were making a directional decision after about 10 yards based on how a coach moved a tackling dummy.
