Kicking off a hectic week in Nashville, the Las Vegas Raiders snuffed the Titans out 20-10 in their week six matchup. With yet another catatonic showing from Tennessee’s offense, the final nail was hammered into now former Titans head coach Brian Callahan’s coaching coffin, ending his tenure with a catastrophic 4-19 record.

However, amidst all of the chaos and disappointment, silver linings emerged. Even if the season is currently shaping up to be yet another wasted trip around the sun, these bright spots may at the very least have positive trade deadline implications.

While currently sitting at a record of 1-5, it’s seemingly already too little and too late, but the Titans’ offseason pass-rushing reinforcements rose from the dead in Sin City. After a deafeningly quiet start to the season, even in the absence of Arden Key, offseason edge rusher additions Femi Oladejo (before he left the game with a calf injury), Dre’Mont Jones and Jihad Ward excelled in the loss.
