NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With the first wave of free agency in the books, we have a clearer picture of Tennessee’s needs and strategy heading into the draft. While they haven’t added any star talent, they’ve done a good job of addressing roster holes with capable starters, which will allow them to take more of a “best player available” approach and avoid reaching to fill a need.
