NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Titans may do some checking in, but the odds they land anyone at the top of the list in free agency are low if the market does what the market usually does, overpaying the guys who look to be the best options.
 
But Mike Borgonzi made it clear at the combine that the Titans are going to be active in free agency.

“We're trying to fill probably as many holes as we can before the draft,” he said. “And you're trying to see at this point, you have a free agency board, you have a draft board. You're trying to see the depth in free agency, the depth in the draft, and where you might be able to acquire those players. But you certainly want to try to fill as many holes as you can in free agency and we have some work to do on the roster.”
 
There are a lot of holes.
