The Titans took the volume approach to reinforcing their pass-catching options around Cam Ward in the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting two wide receivers and a tight end in Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor, and Gunnar Helm all within the fourth round.
While the offense as a whole remains a mess two weeks into the season, the young pass catchers have all flashed promise in very different ways.
Elic Ayomanor is the team’s second-leading receiver behind Calvin Ridley with six catches for 69 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets. He leads the team in first-down catches as well, with five of his six grabs earning a new set of downs.
Against the Rams, Ayomanor was involved in the two most impressive offensive plays of the day for Tennessee. We’ll take a look at both of those here, starting with the David Tyree-esque helmet grab down the right sideline.
