NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The team will move to a new grading scale with Mike Borgonzi’s entry into the Titans scouting picture. It’s a language Chad Brinker is familiar with. It will be a change for most of the scouting department.
 
“Mike learned this system from John Dorsey when John Dorsey came to Kansas City,” Brinker said. “Andy Reid was in Green Bay at one time, so he learned the system there. So when Mike and I sit down, when we talk about a player when he says, ‘I think this guy's a 59,’ I know exactly what he's saying. We speak the same language. He believes in the same things that we believe in. So it just felt like the right match.”
