L'Jarius SneedNASHVILLE, Tenn. – Injured Titans are resurfacing this week, and we’ve learned big details about two of them.

L’Jarius Sneed only played five games because of a quad bruise that turned out to be a complicated strain.

Sneed said in the locker room on Thursday that he had surgery six weeks ago for a bone marrow injection, and that he’d be in the leg brace he was wearing over pants that covered his knee for another week.

Per the Cleveland Clinic, “bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) is a biologic therapy for treating musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. A healthcare provider extracts it from your bone marrow and injects it into your injured tissues to help them repair and regenerate.”

Lloyd Cushenberry (Achilles), Jack Gibbens (right ankle) and Quandre Diggs (left foot) have all be in the locker room in the last two days, all in boots. Diggs was also on crutches. Treylon Burks was also seen.

And Kenneth Murray, who’s season ended with a serious wrist injury in Week 16 in Indianapolis, shared details about his wrist injury.

“It’s a pretty bad wrist dislocation, a few bones in there got put in places that they weren’t supposed to be in,” he said, his left arm in a significant cast and sling. “And then I had a couple of them rubbing up on some nerves in my hand. Pretty painful but I’m put back together now.”

Murray said his recovery timetable is three or four months and it will be immobilized for six weeks.
