NASHVILLE, -- Quandre Diggs, the Titans’ stout new safety, mostly watched the first practice for which he was on the field. After it was over he gave off the expected vibe: non-nonsense, eager to fit in, confident he’ll still produce at 31, underdog attitude still firmly in place.

tackle, I want to do those things but I also want to help guys learn the game, I’m very cerebral in what I do, I take this seriously, it’s my job and when I am dialed in, when I’m ready to go, it’s go time.”

Diggs is fourth in picks with 18 in the last five years and 11th with 24 in the last 10 years. 

He’s also going to bring leadership that the Titans may have lacked on defense. Tyler Lockett called him the backbone of the Seahawks, and his good friend Jamal Adams, with whom he’s now reunited in Nashville is thrilled to have him.
