The Titans are feeling the growing pains of a rebuild this season – and a poor decision to retain a failing coaching staff last offseason, but no need to beat that horse anymore – as a youth movement is very much underway in Nashville.

That is particularly true on the offensive side of the ball, where the ages for the Titans' starting 11 for last Sunday’s loss to the
Colts looked like this:

QB Cam Ward (23)
RB Tony Pollard (28)
WR Elic Ayomanor (22)
WR Chimere Dike (23)
TE Chig Okonkwo (26)
TE Gunnar Helm (23)
LT Dan Moore (27)
LG Peter Skoronski (24)
C Lloyd Cushenberry (27)
RG Kevin Zeitler (35)
RT JC Latham (22)
