NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Ramon Foster is the Titans' choice to replace Dave McGinnis as color analyst for Titans Radio, multiple sources say.

Foster co-hosts "Ramon and Will," the morning show on the team’s flagship radio station, 104.5 The Zone. He was the sideline reporter for the team’s broadcast before joining the University of Tennessee’s radio booth in 2025.

Undrafted out of Tennessee, he had a successful 11-year career with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a guard, playing 160 games and starting 145.

He’s a native of Ripley, Tenn.

The Zone announced in December 2025 that he’d signed a multi-year contract extension for the morning show.

McGinnis died at 73 on April 13. He took over for Frank Wycheck in 2017 and was a wildly popular broadcaster and community presence, known for his colorful interjections, stories from his years as a coach in the league, and his long list of friends from around the league.

Taylor Zarzour is entering his second season as the team's play-by-play man. He replaced Mike Keith, who's already in the franchise's Ring of Honor, when Keith returned to his alma mater, Tennessee. Keith was instrumental in Foster joining the Vols broadcast booth.

In selecting the familiar Foster, the Titans bypass several candidates who played for their franchise, including Keith Bulluck, who expressed an interest in the job on his podcast, Jason McCourty, who does some games for CBS, and Brad Hopkins, who appears on SiriusXM.

Taylor Lewan, who's doing very well with "Bussin With the Boys," said he would have talked to the team.

A change may also be coming with the sideline reporter job, where Will Boling had the microphone at road games and Amie Wells held the post for home games last year.

Boling was removed from the team's charter flight late in the season.
