NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Titans fans want their team to have a higher draft position. The coaching staff, front office and locker room want to win games. Every year is different, but what would be best for the Titans organization this year?

Brian Callahan has not proven he can win in the NFL right now. Every time the team takes a step forward, it takes another step backward and seems to be going into the 2025 season with the same questions the 2024 team started out with.

Going into the season the front office acquired ready-to-play veterans like Calvin Ridley, Lloyd Cushenberry, Kenneth Murray, Ernest Jones, Sebastian Joseph-Day, Tony Pollard, Tyler Boyd, Quandre Diggs, L’Jarius Snead and Chidobe Awuzie.

But those veteran additions have not been able to improve the teams’ losing ways. The additions of draft choices, JC Latham, and T'Vondre Sweat have not helped either.

The biggest disappointment is the descending production and play of second-year quarterback Will Levis. The coaches and front office acquired players to fit this new offense and surround their second-year quarterback, but the team ranks 29th in total offense and 26th in passing game. The Titans traded DeAndre Hopkins but didn’t lose production because Nick Westbrook-Ikhine picked up where Hopkins left off.

So why have they not improved?
