NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Different week but the same result for the Titans. 
 
They got a competitive and winning effort from the defense and flashes of a balanced offense that can drive the ball and also hit the explosive play. But a poor decision from the second week in a row by quarterback Will Levis and a busted assignment and punt block kept this team on the losing end of the game.
  
The positive outlook for this team is several players and position groups are playing winning football. The running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, defensive line, inside linebackers, cornerbacks and safeties are all playing good football.

The problem is the offensive line and quarterback are struggling to play consistently enough to put forth winning efforts.
