NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Titans have been searching for a wide receiver to complement A.J. Brown for almost as long as they have been searching for a right tackle.

The draft and free agency has not yielded recent success with last year’s fourth-round pick Dez Fitzpatrick, who didn’t make the initial roster and was on the practice squad for most of the 2021 season.

The Titans went all in and traded a 2022 second-round pick for future Hall of Famer Julio Jones. But Jones’ Hall of Fame days are behind him because of the significant number of injuries he has had over his career.
