NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Greetings from the home office in the middle of the night, where I've stayed up to try to piece together a comprehensive look at the Titans from their 30-14 loss to the Buccaneers at Nissan Stadium.

I watched the game at Nissan Stadium, talked to a few people, worked on this a bit then headed here to the home offive to review the telecast.

Here is much of what I saw.

3 K Austin Barnard – Punted three times for a 41.3 net average, pinning two inside the 20.

4 K Ryan Succop – Did attempt a field goal. Hit the first of the Titans PATs.

6 K Brett Kern – Punted three times for a 44.3-yard net average, pinning one inside the 20.

7 QB Blaine Gabbert – Hit on 10 of 16 passes for 116 yards and a touchdown, good for a 105.2 passer rating. Ran well on one 13-yard gain that could have been bigger if Will Clarke didn’t trip him up with a shoestring play.

8 QB Marcus Mariota – Finished with four successful passes in seven attempts for 80 yards, 47 of which came on a receiver screen to Taywan Taylor who took it 47 yards for a score. Made a terrible throw with little conviction on his first deep shot that landed well inside and short of Corey Davis. Impressively threw left-handed while warming up Luke Falk on the sideline.

10 WR Michael Campanaro – Did not play.

11 QB Luke Falk – Completed eight of his 12 throws for 64 yards and took one sack.
