NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Have Brian Callahan and staff done enough to give the Titans ownership confidence going forward?
The Titans lead the NFL in pre-snap penalties. They are second in the NFL averaging 8.3 penalties per game.
Their rookie left tackle JC Latham, a first-round selection, has been on a six-game slide in pass protection, having given up at least five sacks in that span.

They have had a revolving door of right tackles. Nicholas Petit-Frere, John Ojukwu, Leroy Watson, Jaelyn Duncan have all started games. None are going to be a starter in 2025. Watson is no longer on the roster. JC Latham, Saahdiq Charles (who retired before season) and Watson were all hand-picked by new offensive line coach Bill Callahan.
The development of second year quarterback Will Levis has gone so badly they have benched him after week 14 for NFL career backup Mason Rudolph. Levis is second in the NFL in turnovers with 17 in a total of 11 games compared to the leader Kirk Cousins, who has 18 turnovers in 14 games.
