NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Chad Brinker’s ideal draft plan over the next three years is a shoot-for-the-moon plan, a numbers game that has not been met by a single NFL franchise in the three years from 2021 through 2023.

Brinker said the Titans won’t pass up a generational talent with the No. 1 pick in the draft. But he also talked about a scenario where the Titans don’t consider there to be one.

“If I can map this out perfectly, I mean, I would love to have 30 picks over the next three years and 12 of those picks come from the top 100,” he said. “I mean, that would be ideal. That's how you flip your roster that's how you get youth on your roster and then let's be selective in free agency and try to find some of the right veterans to balance this roster out and to be able to show these young guys how to be pros.”

He did say that would come with things being mapped out perfectly, and the scenario would be ideal.

We don’t know if anyone else has set out with those benchmarks, but no one reached them between 2021-23.
