NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With a less-than-compelling home schedule, the Titans have tabbed the Eagles and Steelers as their premium home games. They carry higher prices, and in early sales, fans are saying they believe the Philadelphia game is worth the tag.
Based on what’s available and the prices at SeatGeek, the team’s ticketing partner, the Eagles matchup is currently the most expensive home ticket on the market, while the Steelers game -- the final regular-season game at Nissan Stadium -- ranks second.
Both Pennsylvania teams have fan bases that travel well, and Nashville has plenty of Steelers fans.
Meanwhile, the Week 10 game against the Jaguars is the cheapest, with a low price of $62. The Texans are just behind at $66. Divisional familiarity doesn’t make for big draws early on.
I went game by game through SeatGeek, searching for the cheapest pair I could find for each game.
If you’re shopping, one useful trick is using the SeatGeek app’s ‘hide resale’ button to see just what the Titans are offering. You will find what looks to be some incorrect pricing. For the Eagles game, I found two seats in section 101 row M that cost $323 apiece, including fees, while a pair in row S and just a bit to the better side were $495 each.
Closer seats for less.
I initially thought there must be a glitch, but learned that SeatGeek's algorithm is bending even those prices to account for all sorts of factors: The prices of the resale tickets available nearby, the matchup, proximity to the Titans or visitors tunnel, the number of seats available in that pod, whether they are close to the aisle, etc.
Titans season tickets appear to have six pricing tiers
Here is a sample of face value from a season ticket for section 102:
- Jaguars $104.06
- Colts $104.06
- Texans $111.00
- Seahawks $124.87 (preseason)
- Bears $124.87 (preseason)
- Jets $131.81
- Browns $131.81
- Commanders $131.81
- Steelers $201.18
- Eagles $222.01
