PHILADELPHIA – Several Titans wanted to pretend like A.J. Brown was just another receiver lighting them up, same as Stefon Diggs, Mack Hollins, Dyami Brown and Tee Higgins.

He’s not.

Had Jon Robinson found a way to massage things and pay Brown the way his counterparts in San Francisco, Seattle and Washington did with their top-flight receivers Deebo Samuel, D.K. Metcalf and Terry McLaurin – players Brown is better than – perhaps the Titans would have done the blowing out at Lincoln Financial Field.

Instead, it was 35-10 Eagles as they moved to 11-1 and sent the Titans home 7-5, still in good playoff berth shape, but not in good win-a-game there shape.
