After spending most of Sunday afternoon looking like an 0-5 record was in their immediate future, the Tennessee Titans mounted a baffling second-half comeback against the Arizona Cardinals.

This resurgence came at the hands of Titans’ rookie quarterback Cam Ward, taking the fourth quarter by storm (along with some major help from the Cardinals beating themselves). However, the game as a whole was not as smooth as the box score may suggest. 

During training camp, prominent members of the offensive coaching staff provided insight into how they grade individual throws from the Titans’ quarterback. In an attempt to contextualize Ward’s performance against Arizona (and to highlight both the highs and the lows), I applied Tennessee's A-F grading scale to his most significant throws from Week Five.
