NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Titans’ new logo has angled stars to the left and right of the T. But when that shield mark appeared on helmets, the stars were all straight.

In the hours since the uniform reveal, observers of the mismatched detail have been asking: What’s the deal?

The stars will be angled everywhere, matching the logo.

The decals the Titans used on helmets for marketing purposes were incorrect, I've been told.

The real helmets will match the stars on the logo. I know this serves as a great relief.
