NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Miami Dolphins have a high-powered offense with explosive offensive playmakers, but with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on the injured reserve list with a concussion, the Dolphins have limited options to get the ball to the explosive targets.
For the second consecutive year, the Dolphins’ front office did a poor job of protecting themselves against an often-injured starting quarterback. The need for a competent backup is just as important as an extra pass rusher, nickel linebacker or third wide receiver.
