INDIANAPOLIS – After the Titans big Monday Night Football win at Dallas, Mike Vrabel indicated he was conscious of how the Titans had responded to the big win over Philadelphia with a dud in Buffalo and would work to make sure they didn’t have a similar follow-up against New England.

After that, though, disaster struck again, with an embarrassing 38-10 loss at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Titans weren’t in it for a second.

Vrabel is culpable, certainly.

But so is the locker room.
