NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Despite the success against the Chiefs, starting in just three weeks, this will be a totally different team with different talent, skill sets and leadership.

The status quo has not been successful, and a change is in order.

Jeffrey Simmons has emerged as a leader but is that because he has had an individual good year?  Or because he has grown and matured?  2026 will define his role on this team in a new way, with an infusion of new talent, experience and personalities. Right now, Simmons is the only player producing enough to warrant someone else listening and following him.
