NASHVILLE, Tenn. – From the start, we said progress for Will Levis was a major goal for the 2024 Titans.

His play since a three-game layoff due to a shoulder injury has shown evolution and created new hope – even though the team has only managed an average of 15 points.

Take his first two games of the season, at Chicago and against the Jets and you’d say there was no way he could be a quarterback solution for the Titans. He threw a ridiculous interception against the Bears and handed away a horrific fumble to New York.

Simple advancement from there amounted to avoiding boneheaded plays.

But now, particularly on Sunday in a 10-point loss to Minnesota, he made the sort of throws we saw at times in his rookie year, the throws that were the thing that made us think he might be an intriguing NFL quarterback.
